05Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site does not currently set third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. We may use strictly necessary cookies required for basic site functionality. Should we introduce analytics (such as a privacy-focused tool like Plausible or Fathom, or Google Analytics) in the future, we will update this Policy and display a cookie notice or banner where required by applicable law.

06How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Site or respond to enquiries (for example, email and hosting providers), who are bound to use your information only as instructed by us;
  • Regulators, courts, or law enforcement, where required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public; and
  • A successor entity, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to equivalent protections.

07Data Storage and International Transfers

We are based in India and primarily process personal data in India. Where we use cloud or hosting infrastructure that stores or processes data outside India, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives a comparable level of protection, consistent with applicable law.

08Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by applicable law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

09Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures, consistent with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules, to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
